General Rental Information:

• The driver must possess a valid driver’s license.
• A valid ID card or passport is required at the commencement of the rental period.

Age Restrictions:

• In Cyprus, the minimum rental age is 21, with a requirement of holding a valid license for at least 3 years. The maximum age allowed is 75.
• Additional daily fees of EUR 6.00 apply for drivers aged 21-25 and 71-75.

Reservation and Extension of Rental:

• Cars are reserved by group type; however, preferences are subject to availability.
• Booking confirmation is typically sent via email within 24 hours.
• To extend your rental, promptly inform the rental office for insurance coverage extension.
• If returning the car earlier than agreed, a 50% refund on remaining days is applicable.

Conditions of Payment and Cancellation:

• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards (American Express,Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa), and debit cards.
• A pre-authorization on your credit/debit card covers insurance excess; the amount depends on the car type.
• The pre-authorized amount is voided upon returning the car in its original condition.

Pre-payment terms:

• Cancellation 48 hours before pickup incurs only banking fees, with the rest refunded.
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of pickup.

Rates Included:

• Rates include VAT.
• Replacement cars are provided for mechanical breakdowns due to unforeseeable events.
• Delivery and Collections all over Paphos district is free of charge
• Additional Driver: Adding an extra driver is free
• Baby Seat: We offer free baby seats
• Booster Seat: We offer free booster seats

Rates Excluded:

• Fuel
• Deliveries and collections out of Paphos district for other cities and airports
• Late return fees
• Fines, toll fees, and parking charges
• Administrative fees for fines and damages
• Fee for losing keys
• Additional insurance (Full insurance) covers only damages to the vehicle’s exterior, interior, and related components. available for an extra charge
• Young driver insurance (21-25 years old): Euro 6.00 per day
• Senior driver insurance (71-75 years old): Euro 6.00 per day

Cross Border Rentals & Territorial Restrictions:

• Cross Border Rentals are not allowed.
• Taking cars to the Turkish Occupied Area is not covered by insurance.
• Off-road use is prohibited Full insurance might not protect you if you engage in activities, like driving unpaved surfaces or off-road (Akamas/Lara beach)

Returning your car:

• Return the car to the specified location and time mentioned in the Rental Agreement.
• Smoking and eating inside the car are strictly prohibited, with a fine of Euro 150.00 for violations.

Traffic Fines:

• Customers are responsible for paying all traffic fines and other fines during the rental period.
• If the customer requests the company to pay the fine, they must pay the total fine amount plus administrative fees.

Miscellaneous Terms:

• Customers must perform daily checks on the vehicle and return it in excellent condition.
• Customers should not change/replace tires themselves; damaged tires will be charged.
• The company can charge the customer for damages within 15 business days of the rental agreement’s end.
• The company provides a detailed report of total damage/loss if caused by the customer.
• If the customer causes an accident, the rental agreement can be terminated with no refund.
• Only authorized persons listed in the agreement can drive the car; unauthorized drivers are not covered by insurance.
• When returning the car, it must have the same fuel level.
