Terms
1. General Rental Requirements
The driver must hold a valid driver’s license.
A valid ID card or passport is required at the start of the rental.
2. Age Restrictions
Minimum age: 21 years old (must have held a valid license for at least 3 years).
Maximum age: 75 years old.
3. Reservations & Rental Extensions
We require at least 4 hours to prepare and deliver your vehicle, especially for same-day bookings.
We strive to provide the exact car booked. If the selected model is unavailable, we will offer a free upgrade.
Booking confirmations are sent instantly via email once payment is completed.
To extend your rental, please notify us in advance to ensure continued insurance coverage.
Early returns qualify for a 50% refund on the remaining unused days.
4. Payment & Cancellation Policy
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and Debit Cards.
A pre-authorization hold will be placed on your credit/debit card as a deposit. For all vehicles, the deposit is €300, and for drivers under 25 years old, the deposit is €500. This deposit will be refunded once the car is returned in the same condition.
Cancellation Terms
48+ hours before pickup: Full refund minus banking fees.
Less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
5. Included in Your Rental

✅ CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) Insurance: Covers repair costs if you are not at fault. If responsible for an accident, the renter must pay the excess amount stated in the agreement. CDW does not cover personal injuries or belongings.

6. Not Included in Your Rental
❌ Fuel (The car must be returned with the same fuel level as received).
❌ Delivery & collection outside Paphos (extra charges apply).
❌ Late return fees.
❌ Traffic fines, tolls, and parking charges (including administrative fees for processing fines).
❌ Loss of keys (charges apply).
❌ SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) Insurance: Available at an additional cost. Covers accident, theft, vandalism, windshield and tire damage, and eliminates the deductible. Does not cover personal injuries or belongings.
7. Cross-Border & Territorial Restrictions
Cross-border rentals are not permitted.
Driving in the Turkish-occupied area is strictly prohibited and not covered by insurance.
Off-road driving (e.g., Akamas, Lara Beach) is not allowed. SCDW may not cover damages if the vehicle is used on unpaved roads.
8. Returning Your Vehicle
The car must be returned to the agreed location and time stated in the rental agreement.
Smoking and eating inside the vehicle are prohibited. A fine of €80 applies for violations.
The fuel level must match the level provided at the start of the rental.
9. Traffic Fines & Violations
The renter is fully responsible for all traffic, parking, and toll fines incurred during the rental.
If the company processes a fine on your behalf, an administrative fee will apply in addition to the fine amount.
10. Additional Terms & Responsibilities
Renters must perform daily vehicle checks (oil, water, tire pressure, etc.) and return the car in excellent condition.
Customers should not change or replace tires themselves. Any damage to tires will be charged accordingly.
The company reserves the right to charge for damages within 15 business days after the rental period. A detailed damage report will be provided.
Only authorized drivers listed in the agreement may operate the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers are not covered by insurance.
When you rent a car, you agree to use it responsibly. This means you must not:
Drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that could impair your ability to drive.
Transport flammable, hazardous, toxic, corrosive, or radioactive materials.
Carry anything that could cause damage to the car or leave strong odors that might result in cleaning fees or downtime for the rental company.
Transport animals (unless specifically allowed by the rental company).
Install a roof rack, cargo box, or any similar equipment unless provided by the rental company.
Rent or sublease the car to someone else.
Use the car as a taxi or for paid ridesharing services.
Participate in races, rallies, or performance tests.
Give driving lessons.
Tow another vehicle.
Drive on unpaved roads or any terrain that could damage the car.
Violate traffic laws or any other legal regulations.
